10 dead, 46 injured in Russian strikes on Mykolaiv City: Mayor


Mykolaiv’s mayor said the number of casualties could still rise in the city.

Kiev:

Ten civilians were killed and 46 wounded in the Russian bombing of the Ukrainian town of Mykolaiv, the town’s mayor Oleksandr Senkevich said in a video statement on Monday.

A first attack by the Russian military at 0400 GMT left “one dead and five wounded, including two seriously,” in front of another in which “nine people were killed and 41 others wounded,” he said, adding that the number casualties can still rise.
