Chennai Super Kings batsman Ambati Rayudu took to Twitter on Saturday to announce that the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season will be his last in the cash-rich league, but later deleted his tweet. On Twitter, Rayudu wrote: “I am happy to announce that this will be my last ipl. I had a great time playing it and being part of 2 amazing teams for 13 years. Would love to Mumbai Indians and Csk would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful trip. “

In his IPL career, Rayudu Mumbai has represented Indians and Chennai Super Kings. He represented Mumbai Indians from 2010 to 2017.
