Day 4 of the ongoing third Test between Pakistan and Australia at Gadaffi Stadium, Lahore saw the rivalry between Shaheen Afridi and David Warner continue, with the Australian opening batsman hitting a good half-century before the Pakistani pacemaker let his stump fly. has with a brilliant delivery. The rivalry was, of course, limited to cricket only, as Afridi shook Warner’s hand and the two exchanged a laugh before the batsman walked away after scoring 51 of 91 deliveries in Australia’s second set.
In the 29th over of the innings, Warner’s bluntness was uprooted by Shaheen. The ball swung and it pinched back to get caught in the stumps of the left-handed batsman. After the dismissal, Afridi celebrated in his distinctive style with his arms raised. Warner and Shaheen chatted kindly after the dismissal and the left-arm seam bowler shook Warner’s hands.

On day 3 of the Test, Warner and Shaheen’s image went viral while the two were friendly mocked at the last ball of the day. Shaheen bowled a short one, and Warner defended it comfortably to see the ball land right under his feet.
Shaheen walked over to Warner and the two had a brief look before they both giggled.
In the ensuing third Test, Australia set Pakistan a target of 351. Usman Khawaja played an unbeaten shot of 104 runs. David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne also joined with 51 and 36 strokes.
Pakistan were bowled out for 268 earlier in the first innings after Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc took nine wickets among themselves.
The three-match series draws 0-0 and the decision is played at Gadaffi Stadium in Lahore.
